Secure Credentials Onboarding Guide

Instructions & Guidance

This form provides a secure, encrypted way to share access to the apps we've identified within your organization. One access method is required for each app listed.

1. Password Access

Provide your login email/username and password. Please indicate if 2FA/MFA is enabled; if so, we will coordinate a follow-up call via the form on the thank you page.

2. API Keys

If only an API key is required, simply paste it into the designated field. No further action will be needed for these apps.

3. User Invites

For specific accounts, we may ask you to send an invite. Please follow the instructions on the form and confirm once sent.

4. New Accounts

If you are creating new accounts, we recommend using a Utility User account. Please review our utility user documentation for details.

            What happens next?

            After submitting the form, you will be directed to a scheduling page. If you have active MFA on your accounts, please book a 5–15 minute onboarding session so we can successfully bypass security checks during our initial login.
